강조하고 싶은 부분을 강조하기 위해 사용하는 문장 구조야. 영어 문장에서 어떤 사람, 사물, 시간, 장소, 이유 등을 강조하고 싶을 때 쓰는 표현이지.

It is(was) + 강조할 부분 + that + 나머지 문장

이렇게 생겼고, 강조할 부분은 원래 문장에서 중요한 역할을 하던 부분이야.
